1. Return Period

You can return any product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Condition of Products

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in their original condition.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected.
Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
In cases of a manufacturing defect, the full refund will be issued, including shipping costs.

4. Returns & Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

5. Exclusions

All products are eligible for return if unused and in original condition. There are no exceptions.

6. Exchanges

Products with manufacturing defects can be exchanged for another product.
Please contact our customer support immediately to arrange the exchange.

7. Refund Timing

Refunds or exchanges are processed on the same day the product is received.
The customer will be informed and, if applicable, charged by the delivery agent for any eligible costs.
